Sae Young

Hopefully you have enjoyed working on the Layered Curriculum for Sae Young's chapter and it has given you the opportunity to think about her in more detail. What do you think is Sae Young's contribution to the garden? Is her contribution more or less important than Sam or Leona's contribution? Why do you think that? Do her actions "help a neighborhood become a community"? Why or why not?

    No because when the under coat he has a gun. he take out the money then he push her down she was very afraid she don't want to leave the apartment that not helping the neighborhood a community.

    I disagree with Fatou because she don't answer any question that you ( Mr. Nine ) ask and my in my opinion I think that her contribution was use the funnels and give the idea to the other people in the vacant lot. I think her contribution is less important than Leona's contribution, with Sam I thinks is so so. I think that because she just give the idea to use the funnels to put the water in bottles. I do not think that her actions help the neighborhood to become a community because like I say she just give the idea of how put the water in bottles. But that is what I think of what I read until now, maybe in other chapter we can see an other contribution like Sam.

      I agree with luis because sea young contribution was that she buy 3 funnels that it can be easier to fill small bottles so sam help the neighborhood too because she give the idea of the funnels.
      BUT LUIS IF HER ACTION DOES NOT HELP THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BECOMNE A COMMUNITY WHY SHOULD HE GIVE THAM THE IDIA OF USEING FUNNLS? WHY SHOULD HE CARE?

    I agree with fatou because sea young idea was very good because she have funnels that easier to fill the small bottles that can help the neighborhood.

    I disagree with luis because he said sea young action is not good but my opinion is her idea is good because she help the neighborhood.

    i think that is always good to help your neighborhood because is like where live.when you live with your familly you always help your brother or sister.i think is the same way

    my example is that when sae young clean the vacant lot he tell everybody the garden was for any one who want a garden.so when people come to the garden is like Leona help them to find a place where they are going to plant wherever they want.
